30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Versus Athletics, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Contact Us page so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. We are committed to making it right by offering replacements or refunds for faulty products.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the purchase of the desired replacement item. Please note, stock availability may affect exchanges.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Refunds are only issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
